The Nanoleaf Color Campaign is a project completed for a semester long advertising design class in Fall of 2022. I selected Nanoleaf, a modular smart lighting company that caters to a millennial gaming crowd. The idea was to broaden the demographic to the general millenial and gen-z audiences, and focus on the benefits of ambient lighting. We were required to create collateral for print, outdoor, interactive, and commercial advertisements. Recieved a Bronze Award for Student Campaign at AdFed Minneapolis.
The approach was to create a contemporary visual style focused on bold coloring. The print ads were made to create a baseline for the styling, with the outdoor advertisements used to simplify and solidify the visual language. The interactive ad concepts were created with Adobe After Effects and Blender to allow users to interact with the product on a more intimate level.
